GRF, Focus Business Management, is seeking a full-charge Bookkeeper in San Rafael, CA, with entertainment industry or property management bookkeeping experience to join our team of dedicated professionals.

The Bookkeeper will compute, classify, and record financial transactions to ensure accurate client records, handle AP/AR, reconciliations, payroll assistance, and year-end tax support in a fully in-office role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience in entertainment business management or 3+ years of general accounting experience.
• Excellent communication skills (in person, on the phone, and via email).
• Keen eye for details with urgency and accuracy.
• Solid interpersonal and soft skills: time management, adaptability, active listening, critical thinking.

Responsabilités

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform credit card and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain electronic filing system and documents.
• Generate cash flow reports and cash balances as required.
• Assist in year-end tax package preparation for accountants.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with payroll processing.
