Job summary

WesBanco, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative 1 for the Huntington Main location. This 100% in-office role requires at least a high school diploma and 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience.

You will process transactions, promote bank products, and refer opportunities while maintaining accuracy and security in all duties. The CSR will support the Banking Center by handling calls, assisting customers, and working within the bank's policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
