Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products.
• Open new deposit accounts and handle cash drawer with balancing procedures.
• Promote bank products and services to customers and refer to internal partners as appropriate.
• Engage in outbound calls focused on onboarding new customers and promoting financial wellness.
• Build relationships with customers and internal partners to meet branch goals.
• Collaborate with Banking Center team to ensure efficient operations and compliance.
