Job summary

Questpro Consultants LLC is seeking an organized New Business Coordinator focused on annuities in a full-time role. The position handles applications, carrier reviews, issue, transfers, and funding to move cases forward efficiently.

Relocation expenses are covered for the right candidate. Experience with fixed indexed annuities and strong client communication are a plus. Office-based role in Michigan with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance new business or annuity processing preferred.
• 2–3+ years of relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fixed indexed annuity applications from submission through carrier review and funding.
• Review applications and paperwork for completeness; follow up on missing information.
• Maintain accurate case records and notes in CRM and company systems.
• Coordinate transfers and rollovers; update clients and producers on status.
• Document client conversations and escalate questions to the appropriate contact.
• Prepare and distribute daily production updates and weekly pending reports.
• Contact clients with pending cases to provide status updates and required actions.
