Job summary

New York Life in Cleveland, OH is seeking an Annuity New Business Product Onboarding Manager to lead a team responsible for onboarding Fixed, Variable, and Immediate Annuity applications.

You’ll oversee workflow, data entry, and risk management, partner with Call Center, Training, Quality, and Tech teams, and ensure timely, accurate processing in a hybrid, one-day-per-week onsite role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in customer service, operations, new business processing, call center, financial services, or related environment.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data interpretation.
• Coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of onboarding professionals for annuity new business.
• Manage daily onboarding operations, workloads, and service levels.
• Provide guidance on complex onboarding matters and ensure policy adherence.
• Monitor performance, quality, productivity, and risk; drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Call Center, Training, Quality, Suitability, Operations, Technology to enhance agent experience.
