You will coordinate with clients, producers, and carriers to keep cases complete, accurate, compliant, and moving forward promptly, with a strong commitment to financial accuracy and exceptional client service.

Qualificações

• Experience in insurance new business, annuity processing, or related financial services operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication with a strong client-service orientation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/case management systems; RedTail experience is a plus.
• Discretion handling confidential personal and financial information.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate fixed indexed annuity applications from submission through carrier review, contract issue, delivery coordination, and funding.
• Review applications and servicing paperwork for completeness; identify missing information and follow up with producers, clients, and carriers.
• Maintain accurate case records and detailed notes in RedTail and company tracking tools, including application status, annuity numbers, transfers, rollovers, and funding activity.
• Coordinate incoming transfers and rollovers, monitor progress, and communicate case status to clients and producers.
• Handle incoming new business calls professionally, document client conversations, and elevate questions or concerns to the appropriate producer or carrier contact.
• Coordinate with producers and carriers on suitability documentation and processing requirements; elevate incomplete or unclear information for review.
• Prepare and distribute daily production updates and weekly pending business reports.
• Contact clients with pending cases to provide status updates and identify actions needed to keep cases moving.
• Coordinate submission of client checks to carriers when needed and track receipt and application to the case.
• Protect confidential client information and follow company procedures for records and sensitive documents.
