Trajan Wealth LLC is seeking a Client Services - Annuity Specialist to accurately process new annuity account applications from submission to funding. You will activate income riders per carrier requirements and manage withdrawals and rider requests.

The role is fully on-site in Scottsdale, with opportunities to liaise with carriers and support advisors and clients with status updates. Strong communication and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher required.
• Preferred 2 years' experience in financial services; annuity or insurance processing experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite primarily email, calendar and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Process all new annuity contract opening applications from submission through funding.
• Activate and process income riders and other annuity benefit riders per carrier requirements.
• Perform annuity withdrawals and systematic distribution requests.
• Enter and update annuity account data and case status into CRM.
• Follow up and resolve annuity cases needing additional information from clients or carriers.
• Liaise with annuity carriers to track policy issue status and ensure timely completion of all transactions.
• Manage the full annuity case lifecycle including 1035 exchanges, direct rollovers, and transfer of funds.
