Job summary

AmeriLife in Minnesota is seeking a customer service professional to manage requests from financial professionals, brokers, RIAs, and IARs. You will apply knowledge of carriers’ products and procedures while building strong relationships to drive productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, insurance or financial services.
• Four-year degree preferred; two-year degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Starting pay $22.50 per hour, based on experience, education, skills, and training.

Responsibilities

• Responds to and processes requests by applying department knowledge, meeting quality and service standards.
• Builds and maintains customer relationships through effective communication and proactive service; informs producers of processes and changes.
• Deepens knowledge of carrier processes and resources; understands third-party vendors including FireLight, SureLC, and RegEd.
