The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of accounting experience, a degree in accounting, and strong Excel skills. You will contribute to a supportive team environment while ensuring precise bookkeeping and smooth financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate Degree in Accounting
• At least 4-5 years of experience in accounting
• Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
• Understanding of and prior experience with Excel
• Strong time management skills, detail orientation, and teamwork
• Strong mathematical skills

Responsibilities

• Review invoices for appropriate documentation and correct coding prior to payment
• Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry and imports
• Print checks and obtain signatures
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
• Prepare sales tax reports and filings
• Assist senior financial officers as needed
