This full-time, on-site position runs Monday–Friday with a 7:30am–5pm schedule (Friday 8am–12pm). A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline and 2–5 years of accounting experience are required, along with strong Excel and accounting

Qualifications

• Proficient in general financial accounting and GAAP.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Code, review, and enter accounts payable invoices accurately.
• Generate customer invoices and manage billing activities.
• Assist with month-end close and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and file sales tax returns in multiple jurisdictions.
• Support external tax preparers with needed documents.
