Responsibilities

• Billing for service contracts by generating invoices per schedule.
• Verify contract coverage, notes, taxes before invoicing.
• Submit invoices via email and portals; resolve billing discrepancies.
• Track unbilled services and coordinate with other departments.
• Ensure timely delivery of customer invoices and follow up on payments.
• Assist with monthly reports and special projects.
