Job summary

Georgia Power is seeking an Access Control Specialist to operate physical access control systems and provision ID badges for employees and visitors at the Atlanta HQ. The role includes badge creation, issuing, mail/print processes, and ensuring quality control.

You will support ESST scopes, manage security projects, and perform data audits, with strong emphasis on customer service and interdepartmental collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer service.
• Beginner level CCure knowledge.
• 1 year troubleshooting experience.
• Developing knowledge of the Corporate Security business.
• Understanding ESST responsibilities.
• Familiar with CCure 9000 monitoring and administration, JIRA, ProWatch, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Operate Georgia Power and Southern Company Gas physical access control systems.
• Provision access clearances and issue badges; mail or print badges.
• Greet and check in visitors as part of guest relations.
• Manage ESST scopes of work and projects on demand.
• Assist with access control data audits, integrator support, and project management.
