Job summary

Stockell Consulting, LLC. is seeking a dedicated Access Control Administrator to manage the facility's badge program, ensure proper approvals, and maintain accurate access records.

You will monitor CCTV and security systems, respond to alarms, coordinate with building security, and support investigations with surveillance data and badge activity reports.

This role requires attention to detail, calm decision making in emergencies, and proficiency with MS Office and security software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of security, law enforcement, military, loss prevention, facilities security, or related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during emergencies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and security-related software systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and situational awareness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for the facility's access control and badge management program.
• Create, program, issue, modify, and deactivate employee, contractor, and visitor access badges.
• Process access requests in Envoy with required approvals.
• Coordinate with building security on base building access, badge activation/deactivation, and access-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of badge assignments, access requests, access levels, and authorization approvals.
• Participate in periodic audits of badge assignments.
• Monitor facility CCTV, access control, and other security systems to identify suspicious activity, security concerns, safety hazards, or policy violations.
• Respond appropriately to security events, alarms, and access control alerts.
• Troubleshoot badge and access-related issues and coordinate resolution with building security, vendors, and internal stakeholders as needed.
• Provide reports related to access control, badge issuance, visitor activity, incidents, and security investigations.
• Support investigations by providing access control records, badge activity, visitor logs, and video surveillance information as required.
• Provide security presence and support for employee-related activities, meetings, and workplace situations requiring security assistance.
