The Shopping Center Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Corporate Accounts Payable Specialist to join our on-site team. The role handles vendor payments, expense reimbursements, and invoice follow-up, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and 2–4 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in real estate or services, with strong Excel and ACH knowledge. This is an in-office position supporting our Accounting team.

Formación

• 2 to 4 years of A/P experience, preferably in commercial real estate or service industry.
• Strong understanding of vendor payments, auto drafts and ACHs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and issue accurate, timely vendor payments via check, ACH, and auto draft, per invoice terms.
• Enter, code, and match invoices to the correct GL accounts.
• Review expense reports against company policy, check receipts, and process employee reimbursements.
• Reconcile corporate credit card statements and follow up on missing receipts.
• Contact vendors by phone and email to resolve outstanding invoices and collect vendor documentation.
• Set up new vendors and collect W-9s.
• Issue 1099s and track vendor tax information.
• Support the Accounting Manager and Director with special projects and process improvement initiatives.
