Responsibilities

1. Conduct initial client interviews to assess needs.
2. Introduce and explain all available insurance options.
3. Perform field underwriting with integrity.
4. Ensure all forms are completed and submitted.
5. Arrange payment methods with clients.
6. Follow up on claims filed by clients.
7. Process insurance policy requests.
8. Maintain regular contact with clients for support.
9. Support team members in achieving KPIs.
10. Become a subject matter expert in senior insurance solutions.
11. Follow guidelines, training, and support to recruit and train professionals.
12. Foster a competitive, inclusive, and fun environment.
