The Data Collection Admin Staff role supports the Indiana Department of Correction by assisting with sex and violent offender registration responsibilities. The incumbent reports to the Sex and Violent Offender Registration and Victim Services Division.
Responsibilities include researching court documents, data entry into portals and systems, and collaboration with local and state law enforcement to ensure accurate records and timely reporting.

Contractor will be provided a laptop and be able to make phone calls, faxes, etc through the computer. Computer is state property and is to be returned should engagement end.
Contractor will be expected to complete IT’s training and equipment use requirements for state agency and sign confidentiality disclosure.
The position is on-site.
Position is .5 hours a week, Monday through Friday (can be flexible if needed).
