Karl Malone Motorsports of Colorado Springs is seeking an in-house Title Clerk and Accounting Assistant to support accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax, and title documentation. You will assist the accounting team and contribute to a family-centered environment with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Great communicator and listener
• Strong computer skills; experience with computer accounting, data entry, and reporting systems is a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to see tasks through
• Able to interact well with the public in person and over the phone
• Accuracy in following procedures and directions
• Excellent personal discipline, time management, and organization
• Adaptable to changing needs and situations

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct customer inquiries
• Process new and used vehicles for registration
• Prepare tax and title documents
• Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles
• Perform a variety of accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Provide support within the accounting team as needed
• Aide in maintaining positive relationships with customers, teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
