Job summary

Karl Malone Group in Colorado Springs is seeking a Business Development Representative and Receptionist to support customers by answering calls, scheduling appointments, and guiding them through the drop-off and delivery process.

• Answer and direct customer calls.

• Participate in team and process development sessions.
• Maintain positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct customer calls
• Confirm and follow up with sales appointments

• Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
• Follow up on missed appointments and with leads that previously were not ready to make an appointment
• Participate in team & process development sessions.
• Aide in maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management

Requirements

• Experience working in a call center experience is a plus
• Great communicator
• Must have strong computer skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to see tasks through
• Prompt and courteous
• Enthusiastic personality with a team player attitude
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
