Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. seeks a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house rehab team serving residents with person-centered care to improve swallowing and cognition.

The role requires a Texas license in Speech-Language Pathology and experience in SNF/long-term care is preferred. In-house support, competitive benefits, and flexible schedules are offered.

Qualifications

• Active Texas license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Net Health EHR/Documentation System preferred.
• Ability to manage diverse resident needs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents' swallowing or cognitive deficits.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to increase independence and functioning.
• Provide AAC systems for individuals with expressive language disorders.
• Educate residents and caregivers on therapy aims and strategies.
• Coordinate with other professionals for diagnostic swallowing procedures (MBSS, FEES).
• Maintain accurate billing records and clinical documentation.
