Creative Solutions In HealthCare is seeking a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist to join our in-house team serving residents with person-centered care for better outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas license in Speech-Language Pathology, has long-term care experience, and can deliver skilled assessments, treatment plans, and family education. Competitive benefits and flexible scheduling are offered.

Formación

• Active/Valid Texas license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Long-term care or SNF experience preferred.
• Knowledge of current treatment practices and documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and care teams.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate residents for swallowing, cognition, and communication needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Provide AAC interventions and training to residents and caregivers.
• Document billing and clinical notes accurately.
• Collaborate with nursing and rehab staff to coordinate care.
