Job summary

Sprenger Therapy in Ohio is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house rehab team serving residents of Sprenger Health Care Systems. You’ll evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders with autonomy and collaborative support from PT, OT, nursing, and dietary staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CCC-SLP or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Current SLP license or license-eligible.
• Experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment preferred.
• Commitment to patient-first, outcomes-driven care.
• Clinical Fellowship candidates encouraged to apply — mentorship and supervision provided.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Conduct dysphagia evaluations and make evidence-based diet and intervention recommendations.
• Provide cognitive-linguistic therapy to support functional independence and quality of life.
• Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing, and dietary to ensure coordinated, whole-person care.
• Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes.

Education
