Capital Vacations is hiring the final In-House Vacation Ownership Sales Representatives for our Orlando market. As an In-House Sales Representative, you'll meet with existing Capital Vacations owners to understand their vacation goals and present ownership solutions that enhance their ownership experience.

Using a consultative sales approach, you'll build long-term relationships, overcome objections, close sales, and deliver an exceptional owner experience while maximizing your personal earning

Qualifications

• Active Florida Real Estate License required.
• Previous In-House Vacation Ownership Sales experience.
• Proven success in a commission-based sales environment.
• Strong closing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Relationship-focused sales approach.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Professional appearance and exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
