As an In-House Recruiter, you will help keep recruiting activity moving by staying on top of candidate flow, coordinating next steps, and supporting a smooth scheduling process for internal stakeholders and applicants. The position is focused on execution, organization, and consistency rather than deep subject-matter expertise in every role being recruited.

• Monitor the recruiting platform and Workable applicant tracking system, and schedule meetings on the principals' calendars, whether in person or virtual.

Requirements
