Job summary

CYM Living is seeking an In‑House Recruiter to own full‑cycle recruiting across our property management portfolio, including leasing, maintenance, and contact center roles. This hands‑on position partners with operations leaders to move requisitions quickly and maintain a strong pipeline, with Spanish fluency required to communicate with candidates and staff.

You will source candidates through LinkedIn and job boards, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, manage background checks, and draft

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in high‑volume environments.
• Experience in property management, real estate, hospitality, or related fields.
• Spanish fluency is required.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system.

Responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting from intake through onboarding.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and local networks.
• Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage background checks.
• Draft and issue offer letters; ensure timely onboarding.
• Provide recruiting reporting and pipeline health updates.
