Evolve Therapy Services, LLC is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility located in Olivia, MN. The role supports the Physical Therapist in delivering comprehensive therapy services within a resident-centered program.

The position offers full-time with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and tuition reimbursement, plus options for part-time or PRN roles. Ongoing licensure and education are encouraged to maintain high standards of care.

Competenze

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure.

Mansioni

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Conduct screenings of residents to determine intervention needs.
• Assist in evaluating residents and developing treatment plans.
