• Document and bill CMS-compliant therapy services in NetHealth EMR.
• Evaluate residents, plan treatment, and communicate findings to the team.
• Screen residents regularly to determine need for intervention and treatment.
• Develop treatment plans with short and long-term goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for resident care.
