Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Document billing and clinical activities.
• Evaluate residents to inform treatment planning and interventions.
• Develop short- and long-term treatment goals and plans.
• Communicate findings to residents, families, and the care team.
• Complete CMS-compliant documentation in NetHealth EMR.
