Job summary

CareOne at Randolph in Randolph, MA is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver resident rehabilitation care at the highest level. You will collaborate with nursing and clinical staff to improve patient outcomes and contribute to a stable team across our multi-state network.

The role emphasizes comprehensive resident assessments, development of treatment plans, and ongoing coordination with other disciplines to ensure quality care and compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current and Active Physical Therapist license in the operating state.
• Prefer experience/knowledge in older adult rehabilitation.
• Prefer knowledge of governmental and regulatory guidelines in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Provides and directs resident rehabilitation care following accepted practice methods and standards.
• Evaluates residents and develops effective treatment plans.
• Coordinates supervision of treatment plans with staff and other disciplines.
• Participates in screening of residents as scheduled.
• Provides feedback to supervisor on clinical and rehabilitation issues.
• Maintains accurate billing and clinical documentation as required.
