Job summary

CareOne at Oradell in New Jersey is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehab team. You will deliver resident rehabilitation services on-site, collaborate daily with nursing and clinical staff, and contribute to consistent, quality outcomes for short-term and long-term residents.

The role requires a Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, an active PT license in New Jersey, and a commitment to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current and Active Physical Therapist license in NJ.
• Prefer experience with older adult rehabilitation.
• Prefer knowledge of governmental and regulatory guidelines in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Provides and directs resident rehabilitation care following accepted standards.
• Evaluates residents and creates effective treatment plans.
• Coordinates supervision of treatment plans with staff and other disciplines.
• Screens residents according to directed schedules and practices.
• Provides feedback to supervisor on clinical issues.
• Performs required clinical documentation and billing records.
• Participates in in-service training programs.
• May travel to other facilities to provide services.
