Job summary

You will coordinate CLE/licensing for attorneys and support the Chief Legal Officer in a collaborative team setting, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree or paralegal studies completed.
• Three+ years of experience in a law firm setting.
• Thorough knowledge of legal principles, terminology, and research techniques.

Responsibilities

• Performs legal, factual, and records research.
• Prepares and reviews legal documents including briefs, pleadings, agreements, contracts and memoranda.
• Organizes, analyzes, cross-checks, and validates information.
• Reviews member documents regarding trust, estates and corporations for accounts.
• Coordinates and manages CLE and licensing requirements for attorneys.
