Job summary

Redwood Living, Inc. seeks a Paralegal Generalist to support the VP Legal Counsel – Operations, covering contract administration, corporate governance, litigation management, real estate, employment, Fair Housing compliance, and insurance matters.

The role partners with in-house counsel, executives, and external partners to streamline legal operations while maintaining confidentiality. You will provide executive support, manage records, and lead process improvements using AI tools and secure

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years as paralegal in-house or firm
• Paralegal Certification required
• Notary Public in Ohio or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and legal documentation management
• Experience with real estate, litigation, finance, or M&A is a plus

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and organize legal documents and corporate records
• Track internal approvals and maintain supporting documentation
• Conduct legal research and advise stakeholders
• Prepare executive-level communications and reports
• Assist with entity formation and operating agreements
• Support Fair Housing compliance and regulatory filings
• Coordinate document execution and closing processes
• Manage legal invoices and outside counsel billing
• Provide project management support for legal initiatives
• Maintain corporate records and support executive leadership
