Job summary

Strong Spirits, INC. is seeking a Paralegal/Compliance Officer to provide critical legal support in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, contract administration, and the preparation and negotiation of company contracts.

The role collaborates with Compliance, Client Services, Safety, and management to maintain filings and oversee the contract calendar. This position drafts NDAs under supervision, supports monthly regulatory reporting, and ensures accuracy in a fast-paced environment, with

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field is required; a paralegal certification is preferred.
• A minimum of three years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal is mandatory; in-house corporate experience preferred.
• TTB experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, file, and maintain a calendar for regulatory filings and corporate records with Secretary of State offices.
• Assist Client Services in updating customer contracts and maintaining contract records.
• Provide monthly regulatory reports to Compliance and collaborate on contract management tasks.
• Draft initial NDA versions under attorney supervision and review company contracts and RFPs.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for supervisory attorneys.
• Collaborate with management and safety teams to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
