The role reports to the Compliance Manager and involves coordinating across departments in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have an Associate's degree or paralegal certification with at least three years of paralegal experience, including in-house corporate exposure.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field (certification allowed).
• Minimum three years of experience as legal assistant or paralegal; in-house corporate experience preferred.
• TTB experience preferred and knowledge of regulatory filings.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work with multiple departments.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, file, and maintain regulatory calendars and licenses with Secretary of State offices.
• Assist Client Services with maintenance of customer contracts.
• Support Compliance with monthly state and federal activity reports.
• Organize electronic and physical contract files and databases.
• Administer routine contract obligations and monitor renewal deadlines.
• Draft NDAs and review company contracts under attorney supervision.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for supervisory attorney.
• Coordinate information requests across departments and ensure safety/compliance with OSHA.
