Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent and 3–5 years paralegal or in-house experience.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Strong oral and written English communication; ability to craft clear memos.
• Ability to interact with all levels of staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review basic corporate documents and contracts under attorney supervision.
• Assist counsel with domestic and international corporate transactions.
• Support matters in corporate governance, IP, compliance, privacy, and employment.
• Draft, review, and revise basic preliminary contracts (Vendor Agreements, MSA/SOW, Service Agreements, NDAs) and facilitate execution.
• Liaise with company officers, outside counsel, insurance agents and other parties as necessary.
• Assist in investigations, document production, interrogatories, file management, record maintenance and litigation summaries.
• Manage general office administration, including calendar and file maintenance.
• Conduct regulatory and corporate legal issue research and prepare summaries and memos.
• Perform clerical tasks (scanning, filing) as requested.
