Plan, organize, and direct occupational therapy services to ensure high-quality resident care, in compliance with CMS standards. Requires active OTA licensure and an Associate's degree.

Qualifications

• Must have active OTA licensure in state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular screening of residents and determine interventions.
• Perform treatment plans and follow established goals.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings to residents, families, and care teams.
• Establish resident therapy schedules with team.
• Document and bill therapy services in CMS-compliant manner.
• Ensure completion of all duties to effectively treat patients.
• Comply with CMS documentation standards daily.
