Responsibilities

• Conduct regular screening to determine best intervention or treatment plan
• Perform treatment plans and follow goals established by supervising therapist
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings and plans to residents and families
• Establish resident therapy schedules with team members
• Document and bill occupational therapy services per CMS standards
• Comply with all CMS documentation standards daily
