Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular screening of residents and determine best interventions
• Perform treatment plans and follow goals set by supervisor
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings to residents, families, and team
• Establish individual therapy schedules with team members
• Deliver therapy according to treatment plans and document billing
• Perform other duties to effectively treat patients
• Comply with CMS documentation standards daily
