Job summary

Sprenger Therapy, the in-house rehabilitation team for Sprenger Health Care Systems, is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR) to deliver patient-centered care within an in-house, clinician-led setting. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program.
• Current OT license or license-eligible.
• Commitment to patient-centered, outcomes-driven care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans with input from residents, families, and the care team.
• Provide occupational therapy services focused on restoring function, independence, and quality of life.
• Conduct screenings and identify residents who would benefit from intervention.
• Supervise and collaborate with COTA staff.
• Initiate referrals as appropriate per department procedures.
• Document clearly to support quality outcomes.
