Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor and US bar in good standing.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in mortgage servicing/regulatory compliance.
  • Knowledge of RESPA (Reg X) and TILA (Reg Z) and related mortgage servicing requirements.
  • Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

  • Provide legal and regulatory counsel on mortgage servicing documents and regulatory compliance.
  • Draft contracts, policies, and product forms for internal teams.
  • Research federal and state mortgage servicing laws, regulations, and investor requirements.
  • Review, develop, and maintain mortgage servicing documents and forms for accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on documents, systems, and processes.
  • Collaborate with operations, product, technology, and compliance teams to implement changes.
