Qualifications

• Law degree required and U.S. bar admission.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in mortgage servicing law.
• Experience with Regulation X, Regulation Z and mortgage servicing documents.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and draft compliant documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Provide legal counsel to mortgage servicing teams while minimizing risk.
