Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an In-House Marketing Manager to oversee the daily operations and productivity of the In-House Marketing Team. You will assist in interviewing, hiring, supervising, training, development, and performance management of associates.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Two years of marketing experience in vacation ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with professional demeanor.
• Ability to coach, counsel and motivate direct reports.
• Detail oriented, organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Experience with marketing databases and CRM systems.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop employees.
• Ability to lead by example.
• Demonstrated problem solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of In-House Marketing staff: interview, hire and train associates; plan, assign and direct work; conduct performance reviews; motivate, reward, and provide disciplinary action when necessary (termination and conflict resolution).
• Maintain total site marketing penetration standards; run daily reports (Daily Arrival, Daily In-House, Owner Arrival); prepare status reports and penetration reports for corporate deadlines.
• Coordinate with In-House and Front Line sales management regarding tour seats and marketing programs (booking/gifting policies).
• Maintain copies of invitations and daily tour manifests; resolve tour status issues; order and maintain departmental supplies (collateral material, uniforms).
• Other duties as assigned (5% time).
