Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a guest-marketing professional to engage guests at our New Orleans resort properties. You will provide concierge-style service, present owner-update opportunities, and help coordinate meetings with our member services team.

Role emphasizes teamwork in a shared resort space, basic computer skills, and strong communication. High school diploma required; college degree preferred. Contact Krystle Weber for immediate consideration.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Proficient in general computer skills and smart devices.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, face-to-face marketing with guests checking into our resorts.
• Provide concierge-like service to all guests.
• Incentivize and schedule guests to meet with member services for owner updates.
