Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks an In House Marketing Representative to directly engage guests at our resort properties. You will provide concierge-style service, guide guests toward owner update workshops, and offer participation gifts as appropriate.

Applicants should have 1–3 years in sales/marketing, be proficient with standard computer devices, and communicate clearly. The role supports a team in a fast-paced, collaborative resort environment using a benefits program for associates.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales or marketing experience preferred.
• Proficient in general computer skills and smart devices.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a team environment in a shared space.

Responsibilities

• Direct, face-to-face marketing with guests checking into our resorts.
• Provide concierge-like service to guests.
• Incentivize and schedule guests to meet with member services for owner updates and workshops.
• Coordinator may offer gifts to participating guests.
• Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets for checking-in guests.
