Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an in-person marketing professional to engage prospective and current resort owners, presenting opportunities and building relationships on-site.

You will schedule guests for presentations, attend training, and work with a team to meet sales goals while adhering to company policies. No travel outside the home site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication; ability to work in a team.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word; general computer skills and smart devices.

Job Summary

In person marketing with prospective and/or current owners within our resorts.

Schedules guests to meet with a representative for a presentation.

Essential Job Responsibilities Responsabilities:

• Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals. (80%)
• Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, keep current marketing information and materials, keep current on industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually. (20%)

Travel Requirements

No travel outside of the home site's area.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

• Education High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge and Skills Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• Technical Skills Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices.
• Job Experience 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required. Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
