Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks energetic guest-facing sales/marketing associates at our Austin-area resorts to deliver concierge-style service and engage guests checking in. You will encourage participation in owner updates and workshops, guiding guests through the process with a friendly, professional approach.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in sales or marketing, strong communication, and team collaboration. A positive attitude and basic tech skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• Proficient in general computer skills and smart devices.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team in a shared space.

Responsibilities

• Direct, face-to-face marketing with guests checking into our resorts.
• Provide concierge-like service to all guests.
• Incentivize and schedule guests to meet with member services to discuss ownership updates and workshops.
