Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in New Orleans seeks a personable Brand Ambassador to engage festival attendees and visitors at local attractions. You’ll greet guests, share information about the vacation club experience, and invite them to attend informative presentations while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, while maintaining minimum performance goals.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and team meetings.
• Keep current on marketing information, materials, and industry trends.
• Set and exceed performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually.
