Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in New Braunfels, TX, is seeking an In House Marketing Representative to engage guests checking into our resort and provide concierge-like service.

You will incentivize guests to meet with member services to discuss owner updates and workshops, with potential gifts for participation. Join a dynamic team in a resort setting where collaboration with resort staff ensures smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required, College Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, face-to-face marketing with guests checking into our resorts.
• Provide concierge-like service to all guests.
• Incentivize and schedule guests to meet with member services to discuss their owner update and workshop.
• The coordinator may offer gifts to the guest for participating in the update.
• Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of the guests that should be checking in during their shift.
