Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an in-person marketing role at resort locations, focusing on prospective and current owners. You will greet guests, present tours, and incentivize attendance at sales presentations, while partnering with resort staff to deliver a seamless guest experience.

The position emphasizes compliance, training, and performance goals, with opportunities to contribute to guest engagement, ownership sales, and travel membership growth across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word; ability to work with smart devices.

Responsibilities

• Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals (80% time)
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings, keep current on marketing information and materials, and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines; make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
