Job summary

Publix Super Markets is seeking an In House Maintenance Technician to service and repair warehouse equipment, interpret blueprints, schematics and manuals, and install new equipment. The role includes plumbing, carpentry, welding and cutting, using CMMS to manage repairs, and working with three-phase AC/DC power systems.

The position requires reading and following technical instructions, high safety standards, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays with a strong problem-solving

Qualifications

Experience with building systems and industrial equipment.
Ability to obtain certification and operate powered industrial equipment.
Ability to read, write, and solve math problems.
Ability to interpret instructions and operate CMMS.

Responsibilities

Repair and adjust machines or devices and install new equipment.
Perform plumbing, carpentry, welding and cutting tasks.
Use CMMS to generate and process maintenance repairs.
