Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking engaging sales professionals to establish rapport with prospective owners and articulate the benefits of traveling with our brands.

You will demonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy luxury sales environment and drive conversions in our state-of-the-art centers. During initial training you will learn our sales process, product knowledge, and closing techniques; compensation includes hourly wages during training, with commission-based earnings thereafter

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• Must maintain production standards.
• Must have applicable real estate and/or timeshare license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers.
• Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners.
• Communicate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations.
• Generate sales through initializing transactions and using proper closing techniques.
• Leads are prequalified and provided by the company.
• Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training.
• Attend all scheduled trainings, meetings, stay current on sales info and materials, review performance goals.
